Iraqi Army Launches Last Phase of Offensive in Tikrit

Members of Iraqi security forces and Shiite militia fighters make their way in vehicles from Samarra to the outskirts of Tikrit

Iraqi forces continued fighting ISIL terrorists on Friday in the Northern Iraqi city of Tikrit as part of the final phase of an offensive to recapture the entire city from the extremists.
