Iraqi commander: ISIL paralyzed in Anbar Province

A senior commander of Iraqi volunteer forces (Hashd al-Shaabi) underlined that the Takfiri terrorists in the Western province of Anbar have grown so week that they have lost both the spirit and power to continue the battle against government and popular forces.

“The ISIL terrorists and their supporters have been badly defeated in this region (Anbar province) and they cannot continue their fight against the Iraqi joint forces,” Hassan al-Sari told FNA on Sunday.

He noted that the Iraqi forces are forcefully advancing towards the center of Ramadi city, and said, “The ISIL terrorists have gained nothing in their recent attacks in Anbar Province, especially Ramadi city, and has just received heavy blows from the Iraqi forces.”
