‘Iran’s peaceful nuclear program to move forward’

Tehran’s interim Friday prayers leader, Ayatollah Mohammad Emami Kashani said Iran’s peaceful nuclear program will steadily move on.

According to IRNA, he underlined pressures cannot alter Iran’s decision to continue its peaceful nuclear program in every aspect.
Speaking about a recent anti-Iranian statement by the European Parliament (EP), he asserted it showed the body’s hostility towards Iranian Islamic culture.
EP issued a statement on April 3 that expressed concern over the alleged violation of human rights in Iran.
It claimed that Iran’s presidential election in June 2013, which led to the victory of Hassan Rouhani, was ˈnot held according to the EU democratic standardsˈ.
Iran has dismissed the statement as unrealistic and counterproductive coming at a time when the Islamic Republic and the European Union have taken initial steps to normalize bilateral relations.
