Iraq’s Abadi: Army Progress in Mosul Faster than Expected



Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar Abadi said on Thursday that the army progress in Mosul is faster than what was expected, noting that who are fighting ISIL are Iraqi fighters that are defending all the Iraqis against ISIL threat.

During his Paris conference televised address, Abadi said that the foreign troops are merely supportive and only provides the Iraqi military with logistical aids.

The Iraqis, including the Kurdish fighters, are all together confronting and striking ISIL takfiri group.
