The devastating attack on the beleaguered hospital has sparked international outrage, prompting widespread condemnation of the Tel Aviv government’s actions across the globe.

Following a significant setback in Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, the regime, labeled as illegitimate by critics, has been accused of launching an aggressive bombing campaign on Mamdani Hospital. This move has sparked allegations of misinformation, with claims that authorities are presenting fabricated evidence and false scenarios concerning the operations of Hamas and the Islamic resistance within healthcare facilities.

The IRGC has criticized international human rights organizations, accusing them of indifference and inaction in fulfilling their duties. According to the IRGC statement, this perceived neglect has allowed what they describe as “unrestrained actions and savagery” by Zionists in regions such as Gaza and Lebanon, all while humanity observes under what they term a “deadly silence.”

According to Lebanon’s Public Health Ministry, Israeli actions have resulted in the deaths of more than 2,300 individuals, with nearly 11,000 others injured in Lebanon since the beginning of October 2023.

During the same timeframe, the regime has continued its operations in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of over 42,200 Palestinians, the majority of whom are reported to be women and children.

A recent statement has accused alleged Zionist forces of being responsible for the deaths of over 500 medical personnel and patients following an airstrike on Mamdani Hospital in Gaza. The statement further claims that since this incident, attacks have extended to 141 hospitals in Gaza, as well as healthcare facilities in Lebanon and a hospital associated with the Iranian Red Crescent at the Syria-Lebanon border.
