British Government with Zionist Israel But British People Against Baby Killer Israel

A series of protests against performances by an Israeli dance group have been held in British cities, including Edinburgh, Salford, Bradford, Brighton, Plymouth, Birmingham, Leicester and London.

The Betsheva group, which had been touring in the UK since August 2012, faced demonstrations by pro-Palestinian activists at every single performance it gave across Britain.

The activists said the protests were directed at the Israeli regime’s use of culture to cover its human rights violations and war crimes.

“Their [the demonstrators’] aim was to denounce Israel’s claim to be a country of culture, while it denies the Palestinian people the right to their own culture by stealing land, building illegal settlements and other brutal acts,” The Morningstaronline reported.

The recent Israeli attack on Gaza, which claimed the lives of hundreds of innocent Palestinians, also gave the nationwide “don’t dance with Israeli Apartheid” campaign added momentum.

On November 14, the Israeli regime launched a deadly offensive against the blockaded Gaza Strip, which killed more than 160 Palestinians and injured some 1,200 others. In retaliation, Palestinian resistance fighters fired rockets and missiles into Israeli cities, killing at least five Israelis.
