IRI exports $12b worth of petrochemical products

A senior official at Iran’s National Petrochemical Company said Monday that petrochemical products worth dlrs 12 billion have been exported to several world countries since the beginning of the current Iranian year, March 20, 2011.

Mohammad Ali Bassaqzadeh said that the products have been exported to 30 Asian, European and African countries.

He expressed hope that the figure would increase to 14 billion dollars soon.
