The ISIL terrorists have threatened to execute Lebanese soldiers in their captivity unless Beirut fulfills their demands regarding the release of the ISIL leader’s ex-wife.

On Tuesday, the ISIL Takfiri terrorists said they will kill 25 Lebanese hostages if Beirut refuses to release two militant-linked women, including the former wife of the ISIL leader, Ibrahim al-Samarrai, also known as Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

The terrorist al-Nusra Front and ISIL overran the eastern Lebanese town of Arsal, situated about 124 kilometers (77 miles) northeast of Beirut, in August, killing and capturing more than two dozen soldiers and police officers there. They have executed four of the hostages so far, while another soldier lost his life from injuries in captivity.

Violence erupted in eastern Lebanon on August 2 after soldiers arrested a Syrian man who the army said confessed to belonging to the ISIL. Angered by the arrest, the Takfiri militants opened fire on army checkpoints and stormed a police station in the border area.

The ISIL terrorists that control large swathes of land in Iraq and Syria, have been carrying out horrific acts of violence, including public decapitations and crucifixions, against all communities such as Shias, Sunnis, Kurds, and Christians.
