Leader calls for prosecution of all captains associated with criminal acts, zionism, and terrorism
Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed, has called for legal action against the political and military leaders of the Israeli regime, labeling them responsible for acts of terrorism.

Ayatollah Khamenei conveyed his message in a Hebrew-language post shared on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, on Saturday.
The post stated that all political and military leaders associated with the Zionist group should face prosecution.
The post was released during the Israeli regime’s ongoing conflict in October 2023, marked by significant hostilities towards the Gaza Strip and increased military actions against Lebanon. This period has also been characterized by numerous targeted operations across the region, resulting in the death of prominent resistance figures and leaders.
The ongoing conflict has resulted in the deaths of at least 44,176 Palestinians, predominantly women and children, and has left 104,473 injured in the Gaza region. Meanwhile, the escalation has claimed the lives of over 3,645 individuals in Lebanon.
The regime’s targeted assassination operations have also resulted in the deaths of prominent resistance figures, including the former Hamas political leader, Ismail Haniyeh, the former Hezbollah Secretary-General, Hassan Nasrallah, and the former head of the Lebanese resistance movement’s Executive Council, Hashem Safieddine.
Ayatollah Khamenei remarked following the International Criminal Court’s issuance of arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the nation’s former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, citing allegations of war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Iran has acknowledged the recent verdict as a “victory,” yet expressed that the legal warrants should have extended to include charges of “genocide” against the regime.
After fourteen months of sustained conflict in Gaza, characterized by severe human rights violations, the International Criminal Court’s Pre-Trial Chamber I has issued arrest warrants for Israeli leaders Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant. This announcement was made by Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei on the social media platform X on Friday.
He further remarked that the indictment should have explicitly mentioned ‘#genocide,’ considering the evidence at hand.
