Leader Condemns Zionist ‘israeli’ Regime as ‘Proxy Force’ in Region, Calls for Its Removal
Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, has stated that the sole proxy force in the region is the Zionist regime. According to Khamenei, this entity acts on behalf of global colonial powers to invade other nations and "must be uprooted."
Ayatollah Khamenei delivered remarks on Monday at Tehran’s Grand Mosalla Mosque following his leadership of the Eid al-Fitr prayers. The occasion of Eid al-Fitr signifies the culmination of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting.
Ayatollah Khamenei asserted that Western nations accuse the fervent youth of regional countries of acting as proxy forces. He contended that the only true proxy force in the region is what he described as the “corrupt usurping [Israeli] regime.”
The Leader criticized Israel, stating that it is engaging in acts of genocide and warning that, if allowed, it could encroach upon other nations’ territories, likening its actions in Syria to those of a proxy force serving colonial interests.
He declared that the criminal organization must be dismantled from Palestine and will be removed, urging everyone to work towards eradicating what he referred to as this malign entity from the region.
The Leader expressed sorrow over the “bloody” events in Gaza, Lebanon, and Palestine, which have cast a shadow over the lives of people during the holy month of Ramadan.
He further stated that the assassination of officials is a routine operation by the Israeli regime, which receives support from the United States and Western governments.
Ayatollah Khamenei has stated that the Zionist regime is openly engaging in acts of genocide, with accusations of child casualties, widespread violence, and the targeted killings of prominent individuals.
Consequently, the Leader stated that the Western powers, characterized by their arrogance, are ignoring these crimes, often going as far as to support and even endorse them.
The leader emphasized that it is a religious, moral, and humanitarian obligation to work towards the elimination of the Israeli regime.
**”Devastating Setback”**
The Leader highlighted threats originating from the United States towards Iran, cautioning that any malevolent actions would undoubtedly be met with a “crushing and decisive response.”
Ayatollah Khamenei issued a stern warning, stating that any attempts by adversaries to incite discord within Iran would be met with a firm response from the Iranian nation.
Ayatollah Khamenei has highlighted what he describes as the assassination of resistance figures and Iraqi scientists by the Israeli authorities. He criticized the United States and several Western nations for their defense of these actions, labeling them as blatant acts of terrorism, while expressing concern that the global community merely observes these developments.
The Leader also condemned the alleged neglect by those claiming to defend human rights towards the reported killing of approximately 20,000 Palestinian children since the onset of the war involving Israel in October 2023.
Ayatollah Khamenei stated that citizens across Europe and the United States are organizing protest rallies in opposition to the Israeli government and associated U.S. actions. He emphasized that if the public were more fully informed about the alleged criminal activities of the U.S. and Israel, the scale of these demonstrations would increase.
