Leader of Islamic Ummah attends late Imam’s Holy Shrine

The Leader of Islamic Ummah Imam Seyed Ali Khamenei, concurrent with the first day of the Ten-Day Dawn, attended the Holy Shrine of the Founder of Islamic Republic of Iran, late Imam Khomeini (May his soul rest in peace).

According to IRIB World Service, citing IRNA, the Leader of Islamic Revolution, while attending the Holy Shrine of late Imam and the tombs of martyrs at Behesht-e Zahra Cemetery, commemorated the memory of the Founder of Islamic Republic of Iran, late Imam Khomeini (May his soul rest in peace).
Today (Saturday) is the first of February, concurrent with the anniversary of return of late Imam to Tehran in the year 1979.
The period of time between the anniversary of return of Imam Khomeini (May his soul rest in peace) to Islamic Iran in February 1, and the anniversary of victory of Iran’s Islamic Revolution in February 11 is named as Ten-Day Dawn in the calendar of Islamic Republic of Iran.
