Homs residents begin reconstruction work

Reconstruction work partly facilitated by the United Nations is underway in Homs, Syria – one of the cities which suffered the most destruction in the country’s fight against terrorism.

Some residents in the area have managed to carry out renovation work themselves – on their homes, shops and businesses that were badly hit by fighting.
