Mehmanparast: West Has to Stop Supporting Terrorist Groups in Syria

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman, Ramin Mehmanparast, called on the Western countries to stop supporting the armed terrorist groups which are tampering with Syria’s security and stability.

At a press conference in Tehran on Monday, Mehmanparast stressed that fulfilling the demands of any people has to be achieved through democracy and dialogue.

He added that Prime Minister, Dr. Wael al-Halqi’s visit to Iran comes in the framework of developing the bilateral relations between the two countries, emphasizing that it is an important visit for the two countries as there are several fields of economic and trade cooperation.
