US politician wants to dictate deal with Iran

The No. 2 Republican in the US House and the highest-ranking Jewish member of Congress told House Republicans on Tuesday that it is better to focus on a final deal over Iran’s nuclear energy program instead of continuing to criticize the interim deal reached last month.
On November 24, Iran and the G5+1 inked an interim deal in Geneva to pave the way for the full resolution of the West’s decade-old dispute with Tehran over its nuclear energy program.
Cantor told his Republican colleagues: “I for one am really upset with that interim deal. We can go ahead and criticize it, but … we should be focused on what that final deal looks like.”
Cantor also said that he is currently working with House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-California) in order to rally bipartisan support on Capitol Hill for the bill.
