The ongoing Israeli military operations in Gaza have resulted in significant civilian casualties throughout the region.

At least 11 Palestinians have lost their lives since the early hours of Saturday as Israeli forces persist with their combined ground, air, and naval assaults on the Gaza Strip, marking the 449th day of continuing hostilities.
In the northern district, two Palestinians lost their lives and a third sustained injuries as a result of an Israeli aerial bombardment targeting Sarari Street in the Jabalia area.
Since the early hours of Saturday morning, a substantial group of displaced Palestinians, accompanied by medical staff, evacuated Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia. They initially gathered near Halima al-Saadiya school in the al-Nazla area of Jabalia before proceeding towards western Gaza City.
A correspondent for Al Mayadeen reported on Friday evening that the whereabouts of Hussam Abu Safiya, the director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, along with several members of the medical staff, are currently unknown.
On Friday, Israeli forces launched a significant operation at the Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, resulting in five sections of the facility being set ablaze. The incident involved the removal and alleged abduction of both patients and medical staff, with reports indicating they were forcibly stripped during the raid.
The Gaza Ministry of Health reported that a conflagration had engulfed all buildings within the hospital complex, attributing the blaze to actions by the occupying forces. The fire reportedly consumed the operations and surgery departments, as well as the laboratory, maintenance, and emergency units.
In Gaza City, Israeli helicopters and ground vehicles discharged gunfire towards the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood as military jets and artillery units launched attacks on regions within the al-Zaytoun and Sabra neighborhoods in the southeast, according to reports.
In further developments, occupation forces deployed helicopters to conduct airstrikes, targeting residential structures near Abu Sharia Square in the Sabra neighborhood.
In the central Gaza Strip, nine individuals lost their lives and several others sustained injuries when Israeli forces targeted a residential property belonging to the al-Naami family, located near the al-Istiqamah Mosque, just south of the al-Maghazi camp, in a dawn operation.
Israeli aircraft launched strikes on the northwestern section of the al-Nuseirat camp, as the Bureij camp came under attack from both aerial warplanes and ground vehicle gunfire.
In recent developments, the occupation forces launched artillery shelling on the town of Khuza’a, located east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. Concurrently, Israeli warplanes carried out airstrikes on the western region of Rafah. Additionally, the occupation authorities have initiated a fresh wave of home demolitions in the area.
Reports have emerged of multiple injuries in the vicinity of the Red Cross building following the shelling of temporary shelters housing displaced individuals in Mawasi, Rafah.
