Palestinian Injured By Army Fire Near Ramallah

Sunday evening March 3; Palestinian medical sources reported that one resident was injured during clashes that took place with Israeli soldiers invading Ein Yabroud village, near the central West Bank city of Ramallah.

The army invaded the village, closed all of its entrances, and imposed curfew forcing the residents under house arrest, an issue that led to clashes between the residents and the invading forces.

The soldiers fired rounds of live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets and gas bombs; one resident was shot by a rubber-coated by a rubber-coated metal bullet in his arm.

The Maan News Agency reported that a Molotov cocktail was hurled at a military jeep setting it on fire; no injuries were reported.

Soldiers broke into and searched several homes allegedly searching for Palestinian youths who hurled stones, and the Molotov cocktail, at military jeeps.
