Clashes Kill Two People in Tripoli, Lebanon

While preparing a bomb, a man was killed as it went off prematurely in Tripoli where another man was shot dead on Saturday, according to security sources.

Another two people were wounded when the device exploded in Baqar neighborhood in western Tripoli.

After the blast, armed scuffles erupted between Baqar neighborhood and Jabal Mohsen district and left four wounded, one of whom later died.

Clashes in Tripoli break periodically as the political and security circumstances fuel them.
