Supreme Leader of Islamic Ummah and Oppressed Sayyed Khamanei : Iran to Stop US from Gaining Goals in Mideast

The Leader made the remarks here on Monday while addressing a meeting with a large number of Islamic world elite who are in Iran for two separate international events.

The Ayatollah pointed to the “hollow fantasy” by (Americans) that they would be able to make a way for themselves into Iran through striking the deal which the Supreme Leader described as an issue which is still unsettled given the fact that neither Iran nor the US parliaments have adopted it yet.

He said it is not still clear whether the deal will be endorsed either here or there but by striking it they sought to find a way into Iran.

Ayatollah Khamenei said that Iran has definitely blocked these ways and will absolutely close the ways.

The Supreme Leader stressed that Iran will give the US neither economic access nor political and cultural ones.

He said Iran will use all its might to confront such attempts of penetration.

Addressing a meeting here on Monday, he referred to the ongoing plight of the Yemeni nation because of the war and said Iran is sad for them, prays for them and is doing anything in its might to help them.

The Ayatollah said they are destroying a country because they are following their own stupid political objectives.

Ayatollah Khamenei said Americans were seeking to penetrate into the region and get to their objective but Iran will not allow them to do so.

He said they were thinking of disintegrating Iraq and Syria but thanks to the Almighty’s assistance that is not going to happen.

The Supreme Leader said Iran has supported resistance in the region as well as the Palestinian resistance which is one of the most brilliant chapters of the Islamic history.

Ayatollah Khamenei further reiterated Iran’s support for anybody who is fighting Israel and wants to destroy the Zionist regime or is with the resistance trend.
He said Iran will provide any kind of support available to such people.

Ayatollah Khamenei received members of Ahlul Bayt World Assembly and General Assembly of Islamic Radios and Televisions Union here on Monday.

The 6th general assembly of World Assembly of Ahlul Bayt kicked off in Tehran on Saturday morning (Aug 16).

Over 700 foreign guests from 130 world countries together with a number of Iranian political and cultural figures participated in the four-day event.

Meanwhile, the 8th General Assembly of Islamic Radios and Televisions Union inaugurated in Tehran on Aug 16.
