Al Qassam kills two Zionist soldiers in Khanyounis city

Ezzedeen Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic resistance movement Hamas, announced on the evening of 26-3-2010 that its forces killed two soldiers and injured another after Zionist forces entered the Gaza Strip for surrounding a group of resistance men.

Al-Qassam Brigades spokesman Abu Obeida said in a conference “Clashes erupted between Al-Qassam resistance members and Zionist soldiers, who crossed 500 meters inside the border.”

Abu Obeida added “Al-Qassam members acted in self defense after they noticed the Zionist forces and opened fire from medium-range weapons, then, Al Qassam snipers support our members in targeting the Zionist forces.”

“This was the result of fighting back Zionist forces proceeding inside the border, this operation is a gift to the family of the assassinated Hamas leader Mahmoud Al Mabhouh,” he said.
