Hezbollah Vows to Give Crushing Response to Israeli Aggressions

Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem underlined on Wednesday that the Lebanese resistance movement will retaliate against Israel’s increasing aggressions.
Sheikh Qassem’s remarks came after Israel’s recent aggressions against Lebanon and also the rise in the number of Tel Aviv’s reconnaissance flights over the Arab country.

“We will pursue the issue of Israel’s continued aggressions, including reconnaissance flights and land aggressions, through international law and the UN Security Council, laws of big countries and all those who claim that Israel is neither an occupier nor an aggressor,” the Lebanese deputy secretary general said in an exclusive interview with FNA today.

Sheikh Naim reiterated Hezbollah’s preparedness to confront Israel’s aggressions, and said, “We will stand up to Israel’s aggressions with preparedness … and God willingly we will maintain our preparedness and Israel will be driven back.”

Last week, Lebanese Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil highlighted the importance of Lebanon’s right to liberate the occupied lands and resist against any Israeli assault, warning that the country is in danger of becoming a conduit for jihadists worldwide as it faces the worst refugee crisis in modern times.

Israeli warplanes and spy drones have been increasingly violating the airspace over the border region with Lebanon and the Shebaa Farms.
