Puppet Emir of Kuwait calls for people to accept Judiciary decision over parliamentary elections

The Emir of Kuwait , Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah called on his people this Sunday to accept the the Constitutional Court’s decision to dissolve the Parliament and organize for fresh elections.
The Constitutional Court made its ruling after throwing out opposition challenges to changes to the electoral system decreed by the emir.

Opposition politicians boycotted parliamentary elections in December in protest at the electoral rules.

The Emir who made a televised appearance on Sunday urged all parties to exert clam and restraint as to prevent violence to cast a shadow over the state.

Political analysts are predicting some level of political volatility.

The voting rules upheld by the Constitutional Court allowed each voter to choose just one candidate at the ballot box, down from four previously.
