Qalibaf calls for economic restructuring

542707_thumMohammad Baqer Qalibaf says Iran needs internal unity and economic restructuring to gain success at home and abroad.
Addressing his supporters in the city of Shahrekord on Monday, the presidential candidate said Iran has great economic potential but has certain flaws in its management system.

The Tehran mayor also said that efforts should be made to lead the country without oil revenues, which in his view, can be only accomplished with the help of the youth and experts.

“With a good management system, even a poor society can achieve success. But, when the management system is not efficient, while enjoying great wealth and having the second largest oil reserves in the world, we have economic problems,” Qalibaf said.
