Iran new envoy arrives in Kuwait

Iran’s new Ambassador to Kuwait Rouhollah Qahremani-Chabok arrived in this capital city Monday to start his mission in the country.

He was appointed as Iran’s new envoy to Kuwait City a few months ago.

Before this appointment, Qahremani-Chabok had been the governor of the northern Iranian province of Gilan.

The former ambassador Ali Jannati had been managing the Iranian Embassy in Kuwait till last Khordad (May 22-June 22).

Since then, Mohammad Shahabi has been Iran’s charge d’affaires in Kuwait.
