Iraqi Shiite Source of Emulation announces impartiality in elections

The Iraqi Shiite Source of Emulation, Grand Ayatollah Ali Sistani, has once again announced his impartiality throughout the legislative elections.

According to IRIB World Service; the office of Grand Ayatollah Ali Sistani, on Tuesday, once again emphasized on the impartiality of the Iraqi Shiite Source of Emulation throughout the parliamentary election.

The Iraqi Shiite Source of Emulation has on several occasions emphasized on high turnout in the elections.

A few Iraqi political groups and media, in the recent weeks, tried to somehow show Grand Ayatollah Sistani against the current situation, and as a critic of Nouri Maleki administration.

The Iraqi legislative elections are held today (Wednesday, April 30).
