Jewish settlers wound Palestinian, damage fruit trees

Jewish settlers threw stones at a Palestinian vehicle near Etzion settlement complex on the Jerusalem-Al-Khalil road smashing its windshield and injuring its driver in his eyes.

Eyewitnesses said that the settlers threw rocks at the truck driven by Ahmed Sabarne, from Beit Ummar village to the north of Al-Khalil, and wounded him in his eyes and face from the flying glass.

In another incident, settlers from Susiya settlement, south of Yatta village in Al-Khalil, destroyed 28 trees of peach, olives, almond, and cherry in Khirbat Susiya near Yatta.

Ibrahim Makhamre told the PIC that Israeli occupation forces were protecting the settlers.

He appealed to all human rights groups to immediately act to stop such “ferocious acts”, which take place with IOF protection.
