Operations in Daraa: the Army kills a rebel leader and destroys al-Nusra’s headquarters

Members of Syrian Arab Army confronted yesterday an armed attack carried out by “al-Ghouta martyrs” battalion affiliated to Free Army militia with members of al-Nusra Front in northwest al-Sheikh Meskeen city of Daraa countryside, where Severe clashes lasted for about 4 hours.
The Syrian Army managed to kill dozens of militants, including the battalion’s rebel leader Nawaf Muhammad Rashed al-Deree, whose alias is (Abu Muhammad) besides tens of injuries, including Salah al-Khalaf, whose alias is al-Dabour.
These clashes coincided with severe bombardments carried out by Syrian Army’s artillery, which targeted gatherings and headquarters of the militias in al-Gharbi neighborhood, destroying two four-by-four vehicles loaded with DShk machine guns.
In a related context, air attacks were implemented by Syrian Air Forces on headquarters of Free Army militia and al-Nusra Front in Dael , Enkhel and Saida towns, destroying the headquarters of al-Nusra Front’s “Forensic Body” in north Saida town of Daraa countryside, which inflected al-Nusra Front many deaths and injuries.
