Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Receives Well-Wishers on the Occasion of Eid Al Fitr

The Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, received in his office in Baghdad, on Friday evening after the prayer of Eid Al Fitr and on Friday afternoon, their Excellencies the ministers and senior civil and military officials, and large crowd of citizens who came to salute him and wish him a blessed Fitr. His Eminence received the acting Minister of Defense, Saadoun al-Dulaimi, Iraq’s former Army chief, Babaker Zebari, the commander and officers of the presidential protection bataillon, the traffic director of Baghdad Rusafa, Lieutenant Zuhaur Obada Al Khafaji and the traffic director of Karada.
His Eminence also received the minister of transport Hadi Al Ameri, Archbishop Louis Raphaël I Sako, the patriarch of Chaldean Church in Iraq and the world, Sabian Mandaean spiritual leader in Iraq and the world Sheikh Sattar Jabbar al-Helo, Sheikh Fawaz Al Jarba the Emir of Shammar tribes, Emir Moued Samarmad the Emir of the Zubaid tribes in Iraq and Mahmoud Al Malla Talal, the governor of Kut. His Eminence also received in his office yesterday a large public of figures, officials, sheikhs of tribes, religious scholars, senior officers in the ministries of interior, defense and national security, members of the provincial councils and citizens to present their wishes on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr.
