Sergei Lavrov calls Syrian authorities and the opposition for talks.

Russian minister for Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov called yesterday the Syrian authorities and the opposition for talks, pointing out that “Russia is waiting from the Syrian opposition to form a team to negotiate with Damascus”.

Sergei said that in a joint press conference with his British counterpart William Heg that was hold after the primer session of the Strategic talks between Russia and Britain in London.

It is worth to mention that the talks are happening between the Defense and the Foreign Ministries of Both countries.
