Supreme Leader’s decrees for Shamkhani and Jalili

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in a decree on Thursday appointed Rear Admiral Ali Shamkhani as his representative to the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC).
According to IRNA quoting a report by the Leader’s Office, Shamkhani will hold the post for three years.
Earlier this week, the rear admiral was appointed as the SNSC’s secretary by President Hassan Rohani.
Meanwhile, the Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on Thursday appointed Saeed Jalili, Iran’s former top nuclear negotiator, as a member of the Expediency Council.
According to the Leader’s Office, the appointment was made through a decree issued by the Leader.
Saeed Jalili was former secretary of the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC).
