Syria forces stiffly confront terrorists

Syrian security forces have inflicted heavy losses on foreign-backed terrorists in key areas on the outskirts of Damascus.

According to the official SANA news agency, the government forces killed and wounded many terrorists in Darayya, which is a strategic suburb of the capital.
Earlier, a government official said the Army had taken much of Darayya after nearly two months of fighting in the district.
The Darayya suburb is flanked by the key districts of Mezzeh, which is home to a military airbase, and Kafar Sussah that houses the government headquarters.
Government troops also destroyed the terrorists’ hideouts and confiscated their weapons.
In addition, the Army killed and wounded many members of armed terrorist groups in Douma Farms and al-Maliha in Damascus countryside.
The security forces also attacked terrorists in and around the governorates of Hama, Homs, and in Aleppo. The Syrian troops destroyed their hideouts and confiscated weapons.
