Health Minister Dr. Saad al-Nayef said that the Ministry is providing all necessary medical services to the families evacuated from Adra workers city who are currently staying in a temporary housing center in al-Dwair area in Damascus Countryside.

Visiting the center alongside Damascus Countryside Governor Hussein Makhlouf on Wednesday, al-Nayef said that the Ministry dispatched 10 doctors a full medical and nursing team to the center, in addition to providing a fully-equipped mobile clinic and staffing the center’s infirmary.

He said that all medical cases in the center are normal and consist of cases of flu and weak infections caused by the terrible conditions the citizens suffered through when the terrorists were holding them captive.

Al-Nayef noted that the upcoming vaccination campaign against polio which will take place next week will cover all temporary housing centers, including this one.

The Minister and the Governor toured the center and met residents and staff members who told them about the conditions in it and their needs.
