Syria: Terrorist Groups Hit Power Plant, Residential Areas in Southern Hama

Al-Zara thermal power plant and its residential units in Southern Hama came under heavy attack of the terrorist groups’ artillery and missile units.

No more details have emerged on damage to the power plan and possible casualties.

A military source confirmed on Wednesday that the Syrian Army forwarded a large number of fresh soldiers to Northeastern Hama, adding that a group of terrorists joined the Al-Nusra Front to slow down army advances.

The source said that the army sent a large number of fresh forces, including elite fighters, to accelerate its advances against the Al-Nusra terrorists.
