Syria: War with Terrorists Ravaging in Southern Districts of Aleppo

Syrian army soldiers and popular forces stormed Jeish al-Fatah’s positions in al-Ramousiyeh district, inflicting major losses and casualties on the terrorists.

Jeish al-Fatah’s defense lines near Transportation Faculty close to al-Ramousiyeh came under heavy attacks by the Syrian government forces, while other units of the Syrian army engaged in tough battle with the terrorists near the artillery academy building and Taslih academy building.

The Syrian army, meantime, dispatched tens of trucks carrying fuels and foodstuff to government-held districts in Western, Northern, Southern and Central districts of Aleppo via Castillo road in Northern side of Aleppo city.

Earlier reports said that the Russian and Syrian warplanes and artillery units continued to target heavily the only narrow passage that Jeish al-Fatah has opened in al-Ramousiyeh in Southern Aleppo, and did not allow the terrorists to use it as a supply route.

“The Jeish al-Fatah-established narrow corridor is actually useless. No one can use it. 24-hour artillery and missile shelling and heavy bombardments of the Syrian fighter jets have left no chance for the terrorist groups to use this passage to send arms, ammunition or medical equipment to militant-held districts in Aleppo,” the sources said.

“In the meantime, the Syrian Army restored security to several roads near Aleppo city and transferred enough fuel to a key power plant in the province,” the sources added.
