Syrian Army advances in Damascus countryside, storms terrorist hideouts in different areas

20131022-232510_hUnits of the Syrian armed forces on Tuesday stormed terrorists’ hideouts , killed and injured a number of terrorists and destroyed their tools.

Army units advance in Damascus Countryside

Units of the armed forces continued chasing terrorists in eastern Ghouta in Damascus Countryside and advanced further in pursuing in Hteita al-Turkman town, according to a military source.

The source told SANA that the armed forces killed large numbers of terrorists in the town including Osama al-Najjar.

The army destroyed a car loaded with weapons and ammo and eliminated a number of terrorists in Jobar area, in addition to clashing with terrorist groups in Jobar area and eliminating five of their members.

An army unit pursued terrorists in Harasta area and eliminated terrorists Mahmoud Hamzeh, while another unit carried out a special operation resulting in destroying a terrorist hideout and eliminating terrorists Mohammad Sadeq and Nawras al-Tawil.

In al-Mleiha, army units clashed with terrorists near Tameco pharmaceutical company and eliminated a number of them including Ahmad Sisan, while another unit pursued terrorists in the nearby farms and eliminated two of them: Taha Salim and Mohammad al-Jammal.

A terrorist gathering was destroyed in Alayah farms were terrorist Khaled Khdeir was killed, in addition to eliminating most members of a terrorist group near Maaloula including the group’s leader Shaker Diab.

Terrorists killed in Daraa countryside

A military source told SANA that an army unit killed all members of an armed terrorist group and destroyed 4 cars loaded with weapons and ammunition in Daraa countryside.

The source added that an army unit killed and injured many terrorists in Tal al-Mahes, al-Alyeh, Kafr Shams and Aqraba, while another army unit clashed with terrorists on the outskirts of Atman town, killing and injuring many of terrorists, including Maher Ahmad al-Nabylsi.

The source pointed out that the army units destroyed a terrorists’ den along with the weapons and ammunition inside it in Tafas city, killing scores of terrorists, including Rafat al-Ghazali.

Terrorists infiltrating safe areas in Aleppo confronted

Units of the armed forces destroyed rocket launch pads and mortars and confronted terrorist groups which tried to infiltrate a number of safe neighborhoods in Aleppo.

SANA reporter quoted a military source as saying that army units wholly eliminated several armed terrorist groups whose members were attempting to infiltrate safe areas in the neighborhoods of Bustan al-Basha, Saleh Eddin and al-Sweiqa in the old city of Aleppo.

The source added that terrorists’ gatherings were eliminated at al-Jandoul-al-Kastello axis in a number of special operations which also resulted in destroying weapons and ammunition loaded in 3 cars in the duty free zone on al-Mislmiyeh road.

Terrorists’ dens, rocket launch pads and mortars were destroyed in the villages of al-Jadideh, Kweiris and Rasm al-Abboud.

Heavy machine guns destroyed in Idleb

Units of the armed forces destroyed terrorists’ cars equipped with heavy and medium machine guns, killing all the terrorists inside in the surrounding of Saraqeb city in the countryside of Idleb.

A unit of the armed forces killed members of an armed terrorist group while they were attempting to plant explosive devices near Janet al-Qura village on Jsir al-Shoghour- Mhambil road in Idleb countryside.

An official source told SANA that the army unit seized RPG launcher and a number of mortars which were with terrorists.

The source added that a citizen was injured by an explosive device that was detonated during the crossing of a minibus in Idleb countryside.

Non-Syrian terrorists killed in Lattakia

In Lattakia, a unit of the armed forces targeted terrorists’ gatherings in the village of al-Kabir in Lattakia countryside, killing a big number of terrorists and injuring others.

Terrorists Ahmad Jaradat from Palestine, Abu Muslim al-Tayyib from Tunisia, a terrorist nicknamed Abu khamis from Egypt and Abu Ahmad al-Anbari from Iraq, the leaders of armed terrorist groups of the so-called the Islamic State in Iraq and Sham affiliated to al-Qaeda in addition to terrorists Subhi al-Emadi, Izzat Jumaa and Abu Obada al-Saraqibi were identified among the dead.

The source added that the army operation resulted in destroying the terrorists’ weapons and equipment, weapons, rockets and mines’ caches.

Units of the armed forces killed and injured a number of terrorists in al-Sawda village, among them Aref al-Doushi from Tunisia, Darwish Abu Hatab from Jordan and Hamdan Abu Rashid from Morocco.

Meanwhile, an army unit destroyed terrorists’ equipment and ammunition in the village of al-Zahi, killing a number of terrorists, among them Terkawi al-Jumuaat from Libya and Ahmad al-Assan and injuring others.

Another army unit eliminated members of an armed terrorist group in al-Frunluq reserve among them Shadi al-Shaker from Lebanon in addition to Ahmad Da’as and Abd Al-Mahmoud, injured others and destroyed their criminal tools.

Terrorists pursued and killed in Homs

An army unit killed many terrorists and injured others during their attempt to infiltrate from al-Walid compound into the City Center area, while another unit clashed with terrorists who attempted to attack the National Hospital in Jourat al-Shayyah in the city, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists.

The source added that other army units destroyed heavy weapons and ammunition, killed many terrorists and injured others during operations that were carried out against their gatherings and dens near Exhibitions City, 8th March Pool in al-Waar, al-Qosour and al-Qarabis neighborhoods in Homs and al-Dar al-Kabira and al-Misherfe villages.

In the meantime, an army unit combated an armed terrorist group that attempted to attack the National Taldao Hospital, killing many of the terrorists and injuring others.

Also, army units pursued armed terrorist groups that infiltrated into the village of Sadad in Homs countryside, destroying their weapons and ammunition.

An official source told SANA that many terrorists were killed including a terrorist group leader, Ahmad Abdul-Karim al-Rifaei.

The source added that army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings and destroyed their weapons and ammunition loaded in cars in Mahin and Hawarin villages, killing many terrorists and injuring others.
