Syrian Army Cuts off Supply Line to Terrorists’ Main Bastion in Southeastern Idlib

The army men battled with the Al-Nusra in Southeastern Idlib and freed the villages of Sarja Sharqiyah and Um al-Halayel.

Local sources confirmed that the army men have cut off the main supply road to the town of Sinjar after taking control of several villages and settlements in Southeastern Idlib.

The sources further said that the entire villages and small towns East of the Railway Station along the Damascus-Aleppo railroad have militarily fallen into the army and have come under siege from three directions after the pro-government forces’ recent advances.

Relevant reports said on Saturday that the army men advanced against terrorists in Sinjar

region in Southeastern Idlib and captured the villages of Hawa, Tal Amarah, Um Moweilat Janoubiyeh, Sheikh Baraka and Rasm Saeed Region.

A field source said that the army soldiers are now only 3.5 km away from the town of Sinjar, deploying 16 km away from Abu al-Dhohour airbase.
