Syrian Army Inflicts Heavy Losses upon Terrorists in Several Provinces

Units of the Syrian Armed Forces carried out several operations against terrorist groups in the areas of Harasta, Douma, al-Shifonyeh, Irbeen and Harran al-Awameed in Damascus Countryside.

An official source told SANA reporter that two 23 mm anti-aircraft machineguns were destroyed and scores of terrorists were killed or injured in Douma and Harasta farms.

The source added that terrorists Loay al-Nimr, Arafat Obeid, Maysar Shilleh, Nazeer al-Sayyed Ismael, Awsi al-Shami, Waleed al-Tatni, Zuhair Salilo and Ziad Mahmoud Salem were identified among the dead.

The source said that another army unit destroyed a terrorists’ hideout in al-Shifonyeh farms in Douma along with three vehicles loaded with terrorists.

An army unit carried out a qualitative operation against a terrorists’ gathering in Irbeen, destroying terrorists’ vehicles and killing scores of them.

Another army unit pursued and clashed with a terrorist group in Harran al-Awameed in the eastern Ghouta. All members of the group were killed or injured.

Terrorists Suffer Heavy Losses in Daraya

Units of the armed forces pursued terrorists in Daraya city in Damascus countryside, killing and injuring many and seizing their weapons.

An official source told SANA that the seized weapons included automatic rifles, machineguns, RPG launchers and amounts of ammos.

The source added that a truck was destroyed west of the city while terrorist groups were erecting earthen ramparts in the streets to hinder the operations of the armed forces.

The source said that a number of terrorists were killed, among them Mohammad Ali Siwan, a sniper nicknamed Abu Hamza, a terrorist called Adham and another called Osama.

Army Continue Pursuing Terrorists in Aleppo

The Armed Forces continued pursuing the armed terrorist groups in Aleppo and its countryside and eliminated scores of the terrorists.

An official source told SANA reporter that an army unit targeted terrorists’ gatherings in the areas of al-Aziza, al-Hader, Qarasi, Khan Toman, al-Mansoura and Mayir, killing scores of the terrorists and destroying their vehicles.

In Aleppo city, the Armed Forces carried out several qualitative operations against terrorists’ gatherings in Bani Zaid, al-Lairamon and Karm al-Maysar, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists.

Other army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings in the area of al-Sheikh Said and killed scores of them.

Terrorists’ Gathering Targeted in Ariha City in Idleb Countryside

Unit of the Armed Forces clashed with terrorists who attempted to attack a youth camp in al-Nayrab in Idleb countryside.

An official source told SANA that the Army unit killed and injured the terrorists.

The source added that another Army unit targeted a terrorists’ gathering in al-Sina’a area in Ariha city and destroyed their vehicles, killing and injuring scores of them.

Army Eliminates Terrorists in Homs Countryside

An army unit inflicted heavy losses upon a terrorist group in Kafr Laha town in Homs countryside.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that all members of the terrorist group were killed or injured in the operation, adding that among the killed terrorists was Ibrahim Ja’mour, the leader of the group.
