Syrian Army Kills Tens of Terrorists in Damascus, Aleppo Countrysides

The Syrian army continued its military operations in different parts of the country, specially outskirts of Damascus and Aleppo on Monday, and killed tens of terrorists in fierce clashes.
Tens of terrorists were killed in fierce clashes with the government troops in different parts of Syria on Monday.

In Damascus countryside, the Syrian army clashed with the militants in Deir Al-Assafir and Nashabieh areas, and killed tens of terrorists in Wadi Ain Tarma region.

In Aleppo countryside, the army units pounded different areas in the province and killed tens of terrorists, including Abu Hamzeh Al-Ansari, a notorious commander of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

In Homs and Hama, the Syrian army destroyed the positions of militants in Al-Wa’ar, Um Al-Reish and Al-Shendakhiyeh towns.

In Idlib, the army units destroyed the gathering centers of terrorists in Ma’areh Al-Nauman and Jasr Al-Shaghour.

Syria has been experiencing unrest since March 2011 with organized attacks by well-armed gangs and terrorists against both the army and civilians.

The unrest, which took in terrorist groups from across Europe, the Middle-East and North Africa, has transpired as one of the bloodiest conflicts in recent history.

As the foreign-backed insurgency in Syria continues without an end in sight, the US government has boosted its political and military support to Takfiri extremists.

Washington has remained indifferent to warnings by Russia and other world powers about the consequences of arming militant groups.
