Syrian Army Regains Control over Shumariyeh Mountains in Homs Countryside

Large-scale military operations target terrorists in several areas

Units of the Syrian armed forces on Tuesday launched successful operations against the terrorist groups’ hideouts and gatherings in several provinces, killing and injuring a big numbers of terrorists.

The Syrian military further destroyed terrorists’ cars loaded with weapons and ammunition between Maarat Misrin, Ram Hamdan and Maardebsi and Saraqib, killing and injuring all terrorists inside them.

The Syrian army units eliminated armed terrorist groups completely in al-Nabek city in Damascus Countryside and destroyed their weapons and ammunition.

The Syrian army destroyed terrorists’ gatherings with their weapons and vehicles in the village of Atman in Daraa countryside. The army units also foiled attempts to attack the military checkpoints, while another army unit killed 3 terrorists in Bait al-Hajal village.

In a different context, a terrorist suicide bomber, wearing a belt of explosives, blew himself up in al-Jisr al-Abyad, Damascus on Tuesday claiming four lives including a woman.
