The Syrian Army continued its operations against the strongholds of terrorist organizations all across the country, with the crackdown resulting in many terrorists getting killed and others wounded.
An army unit pounded gatherings of terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra east of al-Mdawar village near the Lebanese border, 40 km southwest of Homs central city.
Another army unit killed other terrorists in Rajm al-Qassr village, east of Homs, while more terrorists were also killed in al-Ameriyeh in the eastern countryside.
In the southern province of Daraa, an army unit carried out a special operation during which it destroyed several of the terrorist organizations’ strongholds in Busra al-Sham city, 40 km east of Daraa city, according to a military source.
SANA reporter quoted the source as saying that a number of the organizations’ members were left killed and others wounded as a result of the operation.
Other army units killed many terrorists and destroyed several of their vehicles in the towns of Mumtana and Mas’hara and in Tall Mas’hara and Tall al-Bzaq in the countryside of the southern province of Quneitra.
To the north of the country, numbers of terrorists were killed and others were wounded in al-Sermaniyeh, Abu al-Duhour and the area surrounding Sahl al-Rouj in the countryside of Idleb province.
