Syrian Army Targets Terrorists’ Concentration Camps Throughout Syria

13920506000269_PhotoIThe Syrian army killed scores of terrorists, including non-Syrians, and destroyed their dens, heavy machineguns and ammunition in its operations in Eastern Ghouta and several towns and villages in Damascus countryside.
An official source told SANA that all members of a terrorist group were killed in Barzeh neighborhood, among them its leader Ahmad Yehiya, as army units continued chasing the last remnants of terrorists in al-Qaboun neighborhood.

The source indicated that an army unit clashed with a terrorist group Northeast of al-Moallemin tower in Jobar neighborhood, killing the Lebanese terrorist, Hisham Nasser, and leaders of two terrorist groups, namely Amer Khaled and Talal al-Moselli, along with a number of their group members.

Terrorists’ concentrations were also destroyed near Haramleh tunnel.

A terrorists’ hideout was destroyed with the weapons and ammunition inside it near al-Shifounieh roundabout in Douma. Mahmoud Awad, leader of a terrorist group along with most of his group’s members were killed Southwest of the water establishment in Harasta.

In Eastern Ghouta, an army unit killed leader of a terrorist group in al-Zamanieh farms, along with a number of his group’s members, as another unit destroyed a terrorists’ concentration to the East of al-Rahiba town, and destroyed ordnance, weapons and ammunition for them.

The source added that terrorists were killed in al-Ziabieh town and heavy machineguns, automatic rifles and ordnance were destroyed. The terrorist Abdul-Baset Dawaihi, a Kuwaiti, was identified among the dead, as other terrorists were killed in Hejjira town, among them the Jordanian terrorist Bassam Youssef.

An army unit destroyed a terrorists’ den in al-Husseinieh town and killed all the terrorists inside, among them Riyad al-Majali and Ahmad al-Saramani.

Official source: al-Alam TV correspondent injured by terrorists’ fire in Homs

An official source said that a correspondent working for the al-Alam TV was injured after terrorists opened fire at the TV crew in al-Khaldyeh neighborhood in Homs.

Reporter Ruaa al-Ali was injured by a sniper shot in her thigh and was admitted to al-Ahli Hospital.

The terrorist groups have targeted many national and foreign media outlets’ personnel, the latest of which was targeting the Russia Today correspondent in Daraya.

Military operations against terrorists in Aleppo leave scores killed

The army carried out several operations targeting dens for al-Nusra Front terrorists and foiled many attempts by them to infiltrate into safe areas in the city and countryside of Aleppo.

The news agency quoted an official source as saying that units of the armed forces progressed further in al-Rashidin neighborhood in the city, seizing control of new areas after killing many terrorists linked to al-Nusra Front.

A number of explosive devices planted by the terrorists in the streets of the neighborhood were dismantled.

The source said that the army units thwarted several attempts by members of terrorist groups to sneak into safe areas in the neighborhoods of Salah-Eddin, al-Amiriyeh, Bustan al-Qasr, old Aleppo, al-Sheikh Maqsoud and al-Khaldiyeh.

Most of the terrorists who tried to infiltrate into these areas were killed and injured.

Meanwhile, in the Southeastern countryside of Aleppo, units of the armed forces destroyed a number of dens in which terrorist groups’ leaders were stationed in Daret Izzeh and Beshqatin villages. The terrorists inside the dens were killed and injured.

According to the source, an army unit eliminated terrorists who had been committing acts of looting at al-Barqoum-Icarda axis on Aleppo-Idlib road.

A series of special operations were carried out in the Northern and Northwestern countryside of Aleppo targeting large gatherings for terrorists. A large number of terrorists were killed and injured as a result of these operations, particularly at al-Bab-al-Naqarin road and Andan-Hreitan road.

In the same context, units of the armed forces destroyed gatherings for al-Nusra Front-linked terrorists in the surrounding of Aleppo Central Prison and al-Kindi Hospital, near al-Mansoureh Mosque and in Hreitan Square.

Heavy machineguns and various types of ammunition were destroyed in the operations.

Terrorists gatherings targeted, explosive devices dismantled in Daraa

Units of the armed forces targeted terrorists’ gatherings in the villages of al-Hrak, al-Na’imeh, Akraba and al-Hara in Daraa, killing a number of terrorists.

A military source said that terrorist Nazal al-Dahi, nicknamed as Abu Shakib, the leader of the so-called Talha and al-Zoubair battalion, was identified among the dead in al-Hara.

Another unit of the armed forces targeted a terrorist group on al-Ghariyat-Saida and Nahteh-al-Mlaiha al-Sharkia road.

The engineering units dismantled 9 explosive devices planted by terrorists on al-Sanamin-Kitta road.

Army units repel terrorists in Idlib countryside

Army units repelled terrorists who tried to attack military checkpoints in Maaretmasrin town, killing and injuring a number of them during a series of qualitative operations against their dens and gatherings in towns and villages in Idlib countryside.

A military source said that a terrorists’ concentration was destroyed in Bsames village in Jabal al-Zawiya. A number of terrorists were killed, among them Abdullah Ahmad Haj Younes, Rakan Hussein Karhout, Suleiman Mohammad Abu Suleiman, Khaled Ahmad al-Ahmad, Ibrahim Muhammad Suleiman Baakar and Khaled Mohammad al-Anis.

The source pointed out that an army unit repelled terrorist groups who tried to attack military checkpoints near Maaretmasrin roundabout and Qati’a checkpoint, killing most of their members.

Various weapons and ammunition were also destroyed, and members of terrorist groups were killed in the towns and villages of Saraqeb, al-Maghara, Sfouho, Maaret al-Nou’man, Kafrouma and al-Nayrab, according to the source.

Authorities eliminate terrorists in Hama

Authorities pursued a terrorist group in Hama’s Eastern countryside and killed scores of its members and arrested others.

The authorities also seized weapons and ammunition from the terrorists, including DShK and Shilka machineguns, Grad rockets and rifles in addition to RPG shells.

Army units kill terrorists in Deir Ezzor

Army units destroyed al-Nusra Front dens and concentrations in Deir Ezzor city and countryside and thwarted attempts to smuggle weapons and ammunition into the city.

An official source said that 3 terrorists were killed in al-Mre’ieh village in rural Deir Ezzor, indicating that various weapons and ammunition, including a heavy machinegun, were destroyed.

An army unit thwarted terrorists’ attempts to smuggle weapons and ammunition loaded in a car into the city, killing five near al-Siyassieh Bridge, the source pointed out.

A den for al-Nusra Front-affiliated terrorists was destroyed in al-Hwieka al-Sharqieh neighborhood with the weapons and ammunition inside, according to the source.

Terrorists fired shells on houses in al-Joura neighborhood in the city, causing material damage.

Army units inflict heavy losses on terrorists in Homs

The Syrian Arab Army clashed with terrorists aboard yachts in al-Rastan Lake in Homs countryside.

A source in the province said that another unit of the armed forces destroyed a number of dens and gatherings of terrorists in Tal-Daw area in Homs countryside and eliminated several terrorists.

In Homs city, army units pursued a terrorist group in Bab Hud neighborhood and eliminated four terrorists and wounded others.
