Syrian Forces Getting Ready for Massive Operation in Aleppo
Intelligence sources disclosed on Friday that the Syrian Army and the country’s National Defense Forces (NDF) are coordinating to launch a large-scale joint operation in the Southern part of Aleppo province.
The sources said that the pro-government forces will enjoy the Russian aerial back up in their imminent operation to retake Khan Touman form the Takfiri militant groups.
On Thursday, the Syrian and Russian warplanes intensified their airstrikes on the Takfiri militants’ positions in the Southern territories of Aleppo.
The Russian and Syrian bombers targeted the terrorists’ concentration centers in Khan Touman region, al-Zarbeh, Barqoum and Rasm al-Ais in the Southern part of Aleppo.
