Tehran: Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem has reiterated the group’s steadfast dedication to supporting the Palestinian cause, cautioning that Hezbollah will deliver a firm response should Israel intensify its actions.
In a speech delivered on Saturday, Sheikh Qassem asserted that reversing course against the occupying regime is not an option, highlighting the significant transformation the region is undergoing, with direct and palpable effects.
According to the Al-Mayadeen news network, the speaker affirmed a steadfast commitment to the Palestinian cause, describing it as a matter of justice. The statement underscored a belief in the liberation of the holy sites.

The leader of Hezbollah stated that Israel, with backing from what he described as relentless U.S. dominance, has outlined objectives that include expansion, dismantling resistance efforts, and exerting control over Lebanon’s future.
In response to ongoing tensions stemming from Israel’s actions towards Lebanon, Sheikh Qassem emphasized the necessity for the Lebanese government to take firm measures to safeguard its national sovereignty.
A statement has emerged cautioning Israel against attempting to create new realities through military actions in Lebanon’s southern suburbs, the south, and the Bekaa region. The statement asserted that Hezbollah will not accept any Israeli maneuvers that aim to destabilize Lebanon.
