At least one dead and 12 injured in Aleppo explosion

At least one person was killed and more than 12 were injured in Aleppo’s Sukkari neighbourhood, Wednesday, after an explosion rocked the area.

Footage from the explosion site showed signs of destruction resulting from the blast, as well as patients receiving treatment in a neighbouring hospital.

Local media attributed the cause of the blast to a land mine left behind by militants.
