Shahwan: 2.5 million Israelis in “Tel Aviv” inside shelters

The spokesman for the Palestinian Interior Ministry in Gaza, Islam Shahwan, called on the resistance factions to continue with their retaliatory strikes against occupation targets especially “Tel Aviv”, in the center of the 1948-occupied Palestine.

Shahwan said in remarks published on his “Facebook” page on Thursday that targeting Tel Aviv affect 2.5 million Israeli settlers and will disrupt their course of life which should hurt the Israeli occupation economy.

He said that the Israeli side had started these confrontations without having clear objectives, and is the one responsible for the consequences of such “military follies”.

Israel is facing the missiles of a poorly armed resistance yet it is the party that needs truce more than the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, said the spokesman for Gaza Interior Ministry.

Israeli warplanes are still extensively flying over the Gaza Strip, while huge explosions, caused by new strikes, are being heard from time to time.
