Tehran’s Friday prayers leader, Ayatollah Mohammad Emami Kashani has criticized the silence adopted by the international bodies towards crimes committed by terrorist groups who are supported by the West and certain rulers in the region.
He underlined that bodies such as the UN Security Council witness crimes committed in Iraq, Syria, Bahrain, Pakistan and other parts of the world. But they have adopted no measure for halting these crimes due to the fact that they follow the West and the Zionist regime. He condemned terrorist actions in different parts of the world of Islam such as Pakistan and Syria and added that silence adopted by the international circles and the UNSC proves their collaboration with the US and the Zionist regime that are the main cause of such criminal actions. He reiterated that such a performance by international bodies and UNSC has caused a stalemate with regard to global peace. He said that regional rulers seek to carry out US and Zionist regime schemes in the region by taking advantage of their access to money, arms and propaganda tools but to no avail, since they are all moving towards destruction. He criticized the crimes committed by the al-Khalifa regime against the innocent people of Bahrain stressing that the Bahraini people will attain their legitimate demands through continuing their resistance. Tehran’s Friday prayers leader also referred to sanctions and pressures against Iran in the past three decades saying that the Iranian nation has managed to nullify all conspiracies through presence in all scenes. He mentioned the role of Iran’s Islamic Revolution concerning Islamic Awakening in the region and said that the enemies seek to suppress the wave of Islamic Awakening and hatch plots but they will fail because Islamic Awakening is further spreading.
