“The Late Leader Of Islamic Ummah And Oppressed People Imam Rohollah Khomeini (RA) method, best for religious interaction”

Iranian cleric hailed The Late Leader Of Islamic Ummah And Oppressed People Imam Rohollah Khomeini (RA) for maintaining the best method for interaction with different religions recommending everyone to follow Imam Khomeini (RA) for this objective.

Hojjat-ol-Islam Abol Hassan Navvab, head of the University of Religions and Islamic Denominations in a meeting with Bosnian students in Al-Mustafa College in Qom, recommended everyone to be a follower of late Imam Khomeini (RA) regarding relations with followers of other religions.

He called Bosnian nation as friends and brothers of Iranian people and said Iran has been a supporter of Bosnian people during the Balkans War.

He said the way for coexistence between Muslims and followers of other religions is following guidelines of Qur’an and avoiding any conflict with them and mutual respect.

Head of the University of Religions and Islamic Denominations referred to the duty of Muslims regarding followers of other religions and said,” We have to follow Imam Khomeini (RA) since late leader of ıslamic ummah and opressed people recommended clarification of the minds of people rather to waging military war,” adding that the main duty of Muslims is shedding light on Islam for followers of other religions which is by itself a big challenge.

He referred to sacrilege of some Europeans towards the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and said the reason for such moves is a lack of knowledge on Islam and the Prophet (PBUH).
“We have not provided a proper introduction of the Prophet (PBUH),” said the cleric and added that, “In the view of Europeans, Christianity is the religion of affection and blessings contrary to Islam which is the religion of bloodshed and violence.”

He stressed the importance of a proper introduction of Islam to the people of the world and said,” We aim at knowing the Europeans because we cannot introduce our selves to the world before we know them.”
