Gunfire exchanged near Cairo mosque

There has been exchange of gunfire between police and members of the Muslim Brotherhood near Cairo mosque with police having fired at the minaret of the al-Fath Mosque.

Meanwhile, Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood says a son of its senior leader has been killed during fierce clashes in downtown Cairo on Friday.
