Top cleric slams Turkish policy towards Syria

One of the Islamic Jurisprudents slammed the policy Turkish government selected toward Syria.
Islamic Jurisprudent, Ayatollah Naser Makarem Shirazi lambasted the policy Turkish officials adopted towards Syrian government and said “Turkish officials at the beginning stood against the zionist regime and we assumed that the government are the advocate of Palestinians’ rights.”

Qom seminary instructor underlined that unfortunately after a while the policy of Turkish government has been changed totally.

“Collapsing the government of Syria provides the ground for the regime of Zionism to reach its malignant aims,” the grand Ayatollah pointed out.

“Nowadays many people claim that they are Muslims but their actions do not corroborate their words and beliefs,” said the senior cleric.

Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi underlined that standing against the government of Syria means submitting the region to the regime of Israel.
