‘Jihad of victory’: Palestinian groups hold US accountable for renewed genocide, vow resistance
Palestinian organizations have strongly criticized Israel for reinitiating military operations in the Gaza Strip, describing the actions as genocidal. Israel has launched its most lethal aerial attacks on the blockaded territory since a ceasefire was agreed upon in January.

On Tuesday, widespread condemnations emerged following Israeli airstrikes that resulted in the deaths of more than 350 Palestinians and left an additional 1,000 injured throughout Gaza. These actions have been labeled as a clear breach of the ceasefire agreement with the Hamas resistance group.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced the decision to launch air strikes, citing stalled negotiations over the release of Israeli captives by Hamas without necessitating a troop withdrawal from Gaza. In an official statement, Netanyahu’s office declared, “Israel will henceforth respond with escalating military force.”
Hamas has declared that it considers the recent Israeli airstrikes as a unilateral termination of the ceasefire in Gaza. The group cautioned that these actions place the captives in jeopardy, subjecting them to uncertain consequences.
The Palestinian Islamic Jihad resistance movement has stated that the ongoing hostilities will not enable Israel to gain an advantage over the resistance nor will they alleviate Prime Minister Netanyahu and his administration from the challenges they are attempting to evade.
“It will instead further diminish their capabilities, leading to a series of setbacks that will ultimately result in humiliation and submission,” the statement asserted.
The Islamic Jihad organization, operating out of Gaza, asserted that Israel will fail to accomplish what eluded it during the conflict, attributing this to the unwavering resilience of the Palestinian people and the courage displayed by resistance fighters.
In a recent statement, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) accused the occupation of breaching the Gaza ceasefire, alleging that the aggressive strikes were premeditated and conducted in collaboration with the United States.
The statement urged all international stakeholders to take swift action to halt the renewed acts of extermination by those identified as war criminals.
The organization has called upon Arab nations and advocates of freedom worldwide to denounce alleged Israeli actions, urging them to encircle the embassies of Israel and the United States.
The statement also urged the Arab League to take action in lifting the Israeli blockade on the Gaza Strip and to facilitate an end to the ongoing conflict, described as an extermination war, against the Palestinian people.
The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement has accused the United States administration of being accountable for the Israeli regime’s recommencement of what it describes as genocidal actions in Gaza.
A statement declared that Prime Minister Netanyahu and his cabinet will be unable to undermine the resilience and determination of the people, similar to previous attempts over the past 15 months, which the statement alleges have involved acts of genocide and ethnic cleansing.
The Ansarullah resistance movement in Yemen has issued a vehement condemnation of the latest Israeli airstrikes on Gaza, which they have characterized as brutal massacres. The movement criticized these actions as being carried out with the backing of unwavering American support for what they refer to as the occupying regime.
The political bureau of the group has issued a strong rebuke towards the parties responsible for mediating and ensuring the Gaza ceasefire, criticizing them for their inability to curb “Zionist obstinacy and arrogance.”
On October 7, 2023, Israel initiated a military campaign in Gaza following a significant operation by Hamas, which was described as a response to what they termed Israel’s increasing aggressive actions against Palestinians.
The Israeli government has not met its stated goals of rescuing hostages and dismantling Hamas, despite the reported deaths of over 48,000 Palestinians, primarily women and children, in Gaza.
Israel has agreed to the longstanding negotiation terms set by Hamas as part of a three-phase truce in Gaza, which commenced on January 19.
Subsequently, Israel halted progress towards the second phase of the ceasefire agreement and obstructed the delivery of all humanitarian aid into Gaza, in what has been described as a violation of international law.
