US assassination drone kills four in northwest Pakistan

At least four people have been killed in an attack by a US assassination drone in Pakistan’s northwestern tribal region, local officials say.

The incident took place early Wednesday after the US drone fired two missiles at a house in Chashma village near Miranshah, a town in the North Waziristan district.

“At least four people have been killed and four injured. US drones are still flying over the area even after the attack,” said a local security official.
